A solution: protein production from Demeter's microalgae and plankton
At Demeter biosciences, we have developed growth technologies where microalgae are 20% protein by dry weight. We are additionally developing biological relationships where algae sustain brine shrimp that can be up to 80% protein by dry weight. This system creates a sustainable plant protein and animal protein for human foods and animal feeds.
